By In order to ensure maximum freshness and quality, all of our Heat'n Serve Party Trays are prepared and chilled (never frozen) immediately. Our Heat'n Serve concept is that all trays are picked up at either of our two locations in a chilled state. All you have to do is follow the heating instructions provided for each entree.
